We’re looking to improve the experience of older adults (65+) in the Emergency Department (ED) in Oxfordshire. We want to understand how older people, their carers, and families experience the ED and what could make it better.
We have compiled a short, 5-minute online survey to help us understand what matters most to you when receiving emergency care.
Your participation is voluntary. By completing this survey, you confirm that you’re 18 or over (or responding on behalf of an older adult), understand your responses are confidential and anonymous, and may be shared in reports or training to improve care. You can skip questions or stop at any time. For the full participant information sheet, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/3VqhoQz
Your responses to our survey will help support the experience of older adults and those with additional health needs in the Emergency Department. The project may lead to improvements in communication, care planning, staff training, and environmental design in the ED.
We would like to hear from a diverse range of people to ensure the needs of all Emergency Department service users are included.
This short survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete; the deadline for completion is 30 November 2025.
