As Events, Marketing and Engagement Manager, my primary mission is to amplify awareness of the impact of the BRC’s groundbreaking research and facilitate meaningful engagement with the public.
With a background in marketing in the biotechnology industry, I have always been motivated to work for organisations that aim to make society healthier and better. This passion drives me to apply my skills to projects that create value and improve our community’s wellbeing.
At the Oxford BRC, I work with our world-renowned researchers and experts across various disciplines to develop strategic initiatives that will help the general public to better understand complex research findings and their positive impact to society.
To achieve this, I coordinate a range of events from Open Days and public talks to networking events for stakeholders and our PPI contributors. I am also the main point of contact in the BRC for branding issues and digital marketing activities.
