Pelvic pain: diagnosing endometriosis sooner
Pelvic pain and fertility problems can be symptoms of many issues. Endometriosis is a common condition that can take 8 to 12 years for proper diagnosis – tissue similar to the womb’s lining grows in the ovaries and fallopian tubes – and few tests exist to distinguish it from other potential causes.
