I am the Administration Manager for the NIHR Biomedical Research Centre: Oxford, where I provide support to the Head and Deputy Head of Operations and aim to ensure that the BRC’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.
I coordinate regular meetings with the BRC Core Team and the BRC Theme Leaders/Co-Leads, Theme Liaisons and the Steering Committee, as well as ad-hoc meetings. I also provide administrative support to the BRC Core Team and help to organise events.
I previously worked for Helen and Douglas Children’s Hospice as the lead clinical administrator, supporting the delivery of hospice care throughout Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. This included patient liaison, trustee and director support and data management.
I have a degree in Philosophy and Politics from Lancaster University and enjoy reading and roller derby in my spare time.
