Aderonke Lagoke

As Academic Career Development Manager at the Oxford BRC, my role focuses on supporting clinical and research staff to improve their research and leadership skills.

I work closely with the Oxford BRC Academic Career Development lead, and the OUH Director of Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professionals Research and Innovation.

Prior to joining the BRC in 2024, I was Workforce Education Transformation Support Manager at NHS England, where I provided project and programme management expertise to support the implementation of the work of NHS England across the South-East region.

I have a master’s degree in Real Estate Investment Finance and a Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Healthcare Leadership, both from Oxford Brookes University.
