Due to current concerns regarding the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, we have taken the decision to postpone this event. The rescheduled event will be advertised later in the year at oxfordbrc.nihr.ac.uk/brc-events.
This is one of a series of Patient and Public Involvement Workshops we are running for patients and members of the public. Places are free but limited and you must register to attend.
This workshop will explore ethics in research, including what is ethics, how researchers address ethical questions in research projects, and ethics and co-production in research.
A practical session will provide opportunity for group discussion on the issues raised.
The workshop will be led by Sapfo Lignou, a post doctoral researcher in the Ethics of Global Psychiatry at the Wellcome Centre for Ethics and Humanities and a member of the Neuroscience, Ethics and Society Team in the Department of Psychiatry (University of Oxford).
