The University of Oxford will be hosting an Academic Industry Meeting day (AIMday) on Infection and Sepsis on Tuesday 22nd November 2022 at St Anne’s College. This event will bring together academics, clinicians, scientists, patients and industrial partners to help identify and address some of the most pressing challenges in acute healthcare, as identified by industry. Topics include: development of emerging diagnostic technologies for identifying causative agents for infection, utilising markers for host susceptibility, harnessing data repositories and AI for diagnosis and management of acute infection etc
The event includes industry led workshops, panel discussion with academic and industry experts and a series of lightning talks by Prof Julian Knight, Prof Daniel Lasserson and Prof Gail Hayward
Registration for Oxford researchers and clinicians is now open and closes on 13th Nov.
