Professor Dame Sally Davies with Sean Elias

The Training Camp, “Developing Your Post-doctoral Career: Attracting Health Research Funding” took place from 29th June – 1st July at Ashridge Business School. It was open only to doctoral students nominated by Biomedical Research Centres and Units. Seventy delegates attended the event and all submitted an abstract for oral or poster presentations at the event.  Of those, only three were selected to present orally and thirty five by poster.

Sean’s presentation title was ‘Induction of B Cell Memory to blood-stage Malaria Antigens in Humans Following Immunisation with Viral Vectored Vaccines’.
