Nominations are invited for a limited number of prestigious NIHR Research Professorships. This scheme is open to Higher Education Institutions in partnership with NHS organisations, based in England only.
Up to five NIHR Research Professorships are expected to be available in this sixth round. These awards are open to researchers who have an outstanding record of clinical and applied health research, and its effective translation for improved health.
A maximum of two nominations per Higher Education Institution (HEI) will be accepted.
Potential applicants should register their interest as soon as possible. Those wishing to apply should submit a full draft application to research@medsci.ox.ac.uk by midday on Wednesday 25 November.
