Questions about stroke research? Ask the expert!

Thursday 7 July @ 7:00 pm - 7:45 pm

  • « NIHR webinar: How to Apply Public Involvement Effectively to Your Research Application
  • Oxford BRC Writing Retreat »

The public are invited to a webinar to ask questions of a leading specialist about the latest research into stroke.

Consultant Neurologist and University of Oxford Associate Professor Alastair Webb will take questions in an ‘ask the expert’ event on Thursday 7 July from 7pm to 7.45pm.

Asking your questions will be Adrian Bodimeade, a Stroke Ambassador for the Stroke Association, a charity which works to support people to rebuild their lives after stroke.

Guests must sign up in advance using this form where they can enter their question. They will also be able to ask their question during the event in the text box provided.

Those unable to attend can provide their email address to be sent a link to a recording of the event.

The event is hosted by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), a Department of Health and Social Care-funded organisation that works to improve the health and wealth of the nation through research.

It will be hosted on video conferencing service Google Meet, which can be accessed through a computer browser or the Google Meet app for devices.
