Cultural intelligence (CQ) is the capability to function and relate effectively in culturally diverse environments. By improving your CQ, you not only increase your cultural awareness and sensitivity, but also your ability to work with people from different backgrounds.
In this lunchtime session, Tommy Snipe, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager, Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and certified cultural intelligence facilitator, will provide an overview of what CQ is and how it helps to create an inclusive workplace culture.
If you’d like to attend, please register by Friday 14 March using the button below.
This is the first Oxford BRC EDI Lunch and Learn, an informal one-hour session where you can take away top tips from EDI experts on strengthening EDI initiatives and capabilities in your teams, processes and research pathways.
