Celebrating Health and Care Professionals in Research Conference, 2026

We would like to invite you to join us for our annual celebration of HCPs research.

We’re delighted to be showcasing and celebrating research activities from Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust by their nurses, midwives, allied health professionals, healthcare scientists, pharmacists and clinical psychologists, improving patient care through research, service evaluation, audit, and research delivery. Sponsored by NIHR BRC: Oxford, this free conference is open to all HCPs interested in healthcare research or research careers and who are working within Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and the University of Oxford.

Finding Leonardo Hotel Oxford:

The hotel is 10-15 minutes from Oxford city centre, with easy transport links including a bus stop right outside, providing direct access to the city. Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford is also easily accessible by car via the A34, A44, and M40. Oxford Railway Station is a 15-minute drive or 25 minutes by bus, and the closest airport is London Heathrow. 

Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved (there are 6 accessible bays). Please note, the hotel will have a third party managing the car park from 19th November. The cost is £6 up to 12 hours.
