Patient and public involvement with the Vaccines theme

Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) is the process of working with patients and members of the public to improve research quality and make sure research is carried out in the public’s best interests.

The Vaccines theme has an active PPI group that contributes to our studies. The group provides feedback on participant-facing documents such as information sheets, consent forms and lay summaries. Their contributions enable the team to make these documents more accessible and user-friendly. We are also hoping to expand our PPI group’s role in our studies in the future.

If you are interested in joining our PPI group or would like more information, please contact vaccine.knowledge@paediatrics.ox.ac.uk
