Sub-theme leads: Simon Travis and Graham Ogg
We are setting up experimental medicine studies to validate pathways identified in sub-theme 1 and 2 as clinically relevant drivers of GI and skin disease. This will include repurposed approved drugs or novel therapeutics in patient subsets within or across GI and skin diseases. We will examine biological readouts in patient tissue samples and cells to identify early efficacy signals and dose range to support clinical translation.
