Do you have painful hips and/or knees? Are you aged 75 years or older?
Many clinical trials have demonstrated the benefits of exercise for people with hip/knee osteoarthritis, but people aged 75-80 years or older are poorly represented in these trials, and findings in younger populations cannot reliably be applied to them. We have funding to develop and test an exercise intervention specifically for older adults with hip/knee osteoarthritis, and we would love your help to do this.
We are looking for people who would be happy to discuss, review and give feedback on the intervention and trial planning, between September 2020 – June 2021. Involvement can be once-off or ongoing if you are able to. This can be done via post or email, and phone or video chat – no travel is required.
Expenses related to involvement will be reimbursed.
