DESCRIPTION:Professor Kazem Rahimi\, Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine and Population Health\, University of Oxford \nHigh blood pressure and type 2 diabetes are not only two common causes of premature death and disability\, they often affect the same people during their life-time.
