SUMMARY:NIHR Oxford BRC Statistics Hub Lunchtime Seminar: Statistics for Clinical Trials - Good Practice
DESCRIPTION:This is the second in a series of eight lunchtime seminars organised by the NIHR Oxford BRC Statistics Hub. Each seminar is 20 minutes long followed by 10 minutes of Q&A\, and will be held via Microsoft Teams. These seminars are open to all in the University of Oxford and Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. \nStatistics for Clinical Trials – Good Practice \nDr Sofia Massa\, OCTRU Lead Statistician  \nWednesday 2nd October 2024\, 1:00-1:30pm \nStatistics underpins all stages of clinical trials\, from the design stage until the final analysis and reporting of results.  In this talk Dr Massa will provide an overview of the key statistical aspects to be considered when planning and conducting a clinical trial. \nNo registration is required. \nClick here to join the session.
