PPI workshop: Designing a research study
Tuesday 12 March @ 1:30 pm - 4:00 pmFree
This workshop will focus on designing a research study and how patients and members of the public can get involved.
For a research project to successfully recruit and retain all the participants it needs to be successful, it’s vital that people like them have been involved in the planning, especially when it comes to ethical approval.
At this workshop you will learn how patients and members of the public can help ensure that the methods used are appropriate and the questions being asked are relevant.
This workshop will be most relevant for people living in the Thames Valley and surrounding area.
It will be led by Paul Harrison, Professor of Psychiatry, and Dr Eleanor Leigh, Principal Clinical Psychologist.
